Brandy licked her lips, realizing that Ian was like her guard dog. Protecting her at all costs. She couldn't help but feel grateful. Sure, he'd snapped at her in the past. An incident that almost cost her, her life. She staggered over to Ian and stood next to him, leaning into his shoulder.

"Okay, I'll stay hidden." She said. Resting her head on his shoulder, feeling somewhat safe.

Ian just nodded, leading her over to the tree, and smiling softly.
"Up you go." He said quietly.

Brandy climbed up the tree and settled into the branches, waiting for Ian to join her.

Ian slowly climbed the tree after Brandy, and placed himself on a branch that had a clear view of the lake, and the ground below them, but you couldn't see him up in the tree.

"What's going to happen to us?" Brandy asked softly, looking at the small fire next to the lake.

"We'll live or we'll die." Ian answered simply, counting the people by the fire.

Brandy was silent for a while, mulling over his words, "But if we live...He'll kill us anyways..." She muttered, balling her fists. How could that vile man be her father. It angered her so much.

"I'll kill him before that happens." Ian said stiffly, his teal eyes trained on one of the assassins.

"What about the collar...?" She asked, touching the metal spines gently.

Ian gripped the collar tightly, hating the coldness of the wires against his skin.
"I've been thinking about that..i feel like if i was going to get rid of the last assassin, he'll just shock me out of it.."

Brandy frowned and looked down. feeling the biting cold on her bare arms. "I want to go home..." She said softly. She wasn't talking about Ian's house, she wanted to be with her mom.

"I know.." Ian said, pulling off his thin coat and wrapping it around her arms.

Brandy felt tears burn in her eyes as she looked down at the people who wanted her dead. She snuggled into Ian's chest, feeling hopeless. But she had to believe that she'd get out of here alive.

Ian wrapped his arms around Brandy and sighed. He would protect jer, not matter what.

((Okay, so the boss gets tired off Ian killing all of his assassins, so he brings them out of the arena and 'kills' Brandy in front of Ian. Except he doesn't, it just looks like she'd dead. So he takes her away, and Ian believes that she's dead for a while...And kind of breaks down...?))


Brandy sighed, drifting into sleep.

Ian didn't sleep that night, he just watched their surroundings.

Something big grabbed Brandy's arm and yanked her from the tree, along with Ian. She was knocked out cold, and the next think she realize she was back inside the big white room.

Ian turned quickly to wear Brandy was nearly falling out of the tree. He felt his blood boil, and he jumped out of the tree. He'd kill them all for taking her. Quickly, he made his way towards the lake and entered their camp, killing the closest assassin- who had a machine gun.
"I'll kill all 'a you godda** fu*kers." He snarled, and began firing.

The boos, watching from a distance, turned on Ian's collar and gave him a nice little shock. But hazock had all ready been made, 10 lay dead on the camp. A huge man stuck a needle into Ian's leg, a drug that would knock him out.

The assassins that were left, only another 10 or so, cringed and watched Ian's body ripple with electricity and pain. He was soon out cold.

Brandy watched as Ian's limp body was escorted into the room she was in, and for a horrible moment, she thought he was dead. She staggered towards him, but the boss looped his arm around her throat, and brought his knife to her throat. He waited for Ian to wake up.

Ian groaned and rolled over onto his side, his teal eyes flicking open and quickly darkening with fury at the sight of the boss and Brandy. He didn't say anything, he just sat up.

"Good you're awake." The boss hummed, without another word, he slashed the knife across Brandy's throat. Hot blood swelled into her throat, and Brandy shrieked. She fell to the floor, gagging for breath.

"Brandy!?" Ian gasped, getting off the bed and kneeling down beside her, his hands on her throat, trying to stop the bleeding.

Brandy looked at him, trying to stop the tears in her eyes. She had to be strong, but she was slipping. Her lungs screamed for air that would never come.

"Ian..." She muttered, tracing his jawline with her hand.

"Aw, how sweet." The boss said through a crooked grin.
